As of November 30, 2010 N.H.I.L. executed the Share Exchange Agreement with Global Green Inc. (GGI). This agreement approved that N.H.I.L. - Nutritional Health Institute Laboratories acquired 93% ownership of GGI- Global Green Inc. and N.H.I.L. - Nutritional Health Institute Laboratories relinquished 100% ownership of GGII- Global Green International Inc to GGI-Global Green Inc..

This license agreement gives exclusive rights to Global Green International Inc to manufacture, distribute, market and sell the Salmogenics vaccine which is a Salmonella vaccine that contains the Sotomayor antigen.
